Introduction

The fully automation of small-cathode-plate zinc stripping system "BKAS11" is a new generation of fully automatic intelligent equipment based on "BKAS32" stripping machine, developed by BGRIMM Group, which in order to reduce labor intensity of workers in zinc smelting enterprises.

Application

For the first time in the world, the equipment adopts the double-plate stripping operation mode, which greatly improves the working efficiency. The stripping speed has increased from 13s/plate to 3.5s/plate, which makes the automatic stripping speed achieve the speed of manual stripping . The current situation which the long-term manual zinc-stripping on small cathode plate is successfully solved and the automation level of smelting enterprises is improved.
