BGRIMM Thermal Spray Technology Centre is part of Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.It was used to serve as the demonstration station of SULZER METCO to promote thermal spray work domestically. Affiliated with Beijing Surface Strengthening and Repairing Technology Center of Industrial Components and Beijing Key Laboratory of Special Coatings and Materials, we provided our clients superior service with the most comprehensive thermal spray technology and the most advanced equipments in China.

There are a group of experienced technical personnel focused on coating materials and thermal spraying technology in our centre. Two of them had doctorate, and five of them owned master's degree. With an excellent and experienced team, we undertook relevant national research funds and key ministerial scientific projects. A number of coating production systems and turn key projects were produced. Nearly 100 kinds of coatings were manufactured and tested. We have always worked in a scientific attitude to provide customers with perfect technology and services.

In addition to the national research projects, functional coatings were develped for other industrial applications, such as iron and steel industry, power plants, chemical industry and papermaking. We also supplied complete sets of equipment and thermal spray coating processes for Laiwu Steel, Han's Laser, Netzsch Lanzhou, Dalian Rubber & Plastics machinery and Xingcheng Steel, and so on. Some of the equipment and spraying coatings have replaced imports.
